Rules and Regulations:
BRDD Liability: As host of the bazaar the Billings Roller Derby Dames (BRDD) are not responsible for any damage, theft or injury that might occur to body, vehicle or property while in attendance of the Billings Bazaar. BRDD reserves the right to refuse entry or services to anyone. Additionally, BRDD reserves the right to expel anyone who violates the rules and/or regulations of the bazaar or engages in crude, offensive, or violent behavior.
Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for the set up and removal of their own booths and products. No loud music, noise or sound amplification devices shall be used by vendor staff. Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any damages or claims that may arise in connection with Vendor's presence at the Event and Vendor's activities of any kind.
Vendor set up time: 6-7:30 am
Bazaar opens: 8 am
Clean-up: 4:00 PM. All vendors are required to vacate the premises including the removal of all sale items and garbage from their designated areas prior to 5:00 PM to avoid the late departure fee of $50. Vendors who leave excessive garbage and/or debris will be assessed a fine of $100.
No Rain Checks: the Billings Bazaar is an open air market and will go on wind, rain, sleet or snow. Vendors are responsible for providing their own awnings or booth coverings. Failure to show or vendors who leave early will result in a forfeiture of registration fees.
Prohibited items: Vendors may not sell, display or consume alcohol, drugs, drug paraphernalia, firearms, ammunition, tobacco products, any merchandise requiring a permit or license, double edged knives, pen knives, explosives or weapons of any kind. Vendors may not sell merchandise or printed material considered by BRDD to be offensive, racist, anti-gender, pornographic or in any way capable of promoting violence and/or destruction.
